Established MRO organization and lead engineering operations complying with regulatory and aircraft manufacturer requirements. Established MRO entrance examinations for aircraft engineers, engineering technologist's and technicians with continuous professional development initiatives. Holds a Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance and Aircraft Maintenance Licenses from Civil Aviation Authority (M’sia, UK and FAA) with an MBA.

He graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree, Johns Hopkins University, USA, Masters in Communications Technology, Ulm University, Germany, and a Doctor of Business Administration, UiTM.
