BIODATA OF SPEAKER

Speaker 1: Mr. Wong Chee Weng
Experienced technical trainer specializing in industrial safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. Skilled in developing and delivering training programs tailored to industry needs, with a strong focus on hands-on learning and practical applications. Proven track record in enhancing workforce skills and promoting best practices, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Committed to driving organizational success through effective training solutions.

Speaker 2 :  Ir. Ts. Teng Yue Hoong (Vincent)
Experienced in temporary works design, specializing in scaffolding, falsework, and self-climbing platforms. Expertise in building and infrastructure shoring for projects like highway bridges, LRT, MRT, ECRL, and RTS Link. Contributor to CIDB CIS 22 & CIS 23 guidelines.

Currently Senior Technical Manager at Huatraco Scaffold Sdn Bhd, leading design, site support, and safety compliance. Previously with IJM Construction, Gamuda Land, and Dumez Jaya, managing project execution and structural design.
Holds a B.Eng (Civil) from the University of Malaya. Certified BEM PEPC, ACPE, and MBOT Professional Technologist. Member of IEM, MBOT, and MISIF Scaffolding.
