BIODATA OF SPEAKER
Mr. Kenneth Yeo is a Senior Licensed Aircraft Engineer (CAAS/EASA B2 – Avionics) with over 30 years of experience in the aerospace industry, specializing in Base Maintenance at SIA Engineering Company Ltd since 1995. He has extensive expertise in Communication, Navigation, and In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) Systems, working on various aircraft, including Airbus A300-600, A310, A320, A340, A380, and Boeing B747-200/300/400, B777-200/300, as well as Fokker 50 and Learjet L31. Throughout his career, he has led first-time IFE and Wi-Fi system installations, avionics upgrades, and VVIP aircraft inspections. In addition to his engineering work, he has been an Adjunct Lecturer for over 27 years, specializing in (CAAS) SAR 7 and SAR 66 Avionics subjects. He is also a qualified WSQ Training Adult Educator (TAE) and Assessor in Singapore. Currently serving as the President of the Singapore Institute of Aerospace Engineers (SIAE) (2024–Present), he continues to contribute to the industry through leadership and education. His talk will provide valuable insights into how organizational values shape professional competency, with a focus on Aerospace MRO companies - yet relevant to all engineering disciplines.
