BIODATA OF SPEAKER
Mr. Aiman Hisyam Bin Azmi
Aiman Hisyam Bin Azmi is a marine researcher at the Maritime Institute of Malaysia (MIMA), specializing in coastal and marine environments. With a background in Marin Science Technology from IIUM, Aiman has expertise in 3D photogrammetry, Multibeam Echosounder (MBES) surveys, and habitat mapping. He has contributed to the OceanX Mission Malaysia and presented at TOMSY 2024, where he won the Best Presenter Award. Passionate about marine conservation, Aiman’s work spans coral reef studies, artificial reef monitoring, and seagrass ecosystems, integrating advanced technologies to enhance marine research and management.
