SYNOPSIS

To gauge an organization’s sociological readiness for ESG, one must assess not only technology but cultural alignment, stakeholder engagement, and adaptability to ESG norms. It involves evaluating culture, leadership commitment, and the integration of ESG values into the corporate thinking, ensuring that sustainability is not just a policy, but a practiced and lived reality.


BIODATA OF SPEAKER

Dr. Rahmat Shazi

Dr. Rahmat Shazi is currently the Technology Director of Shaz Innovation Solution, Associate Consultant of Sociometrics at UKM’s Anthropotek as well as Associate Consultant of MPC. His focus is on Social Risk Assessment, Digital Trust Management and Commercialization of Innovations. He has had 25 years of prior experience in PETRONAS as well as in Australia in Engineering and Sociology.
