This simulation aims to introduce participants to the challenges and opportunities of building a green economy through an engaging board game experience. Simulating real-world scenarios, participants will navigate financial and decision-making as they strive to develop careers aligned with sustainability goals. The program fosters a hands-on understanding of sustainable career development, emphasizing principles such as resource efficiency, ethical leadership, and economic growth. By blending education with interactive gameplay, this simulation equips participants with the skills and insights to make meaningful contributions to a sustainable future.

BIODATA OF SPEAKER
Ts. Kenneth Chaw Vui Ken
Ts. Kenneth Chaw is a distinguished financial expert with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) with First Class Honours from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (2017). He is a Licensed Financial Planner, Certified Life Planning Advisor, and a member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), a global association of top financial professionals. Kenneth is also certified by the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (CFP), and holds ARFP and AEPP credentials.
Kenneth has advised over 150 families on various financial matters, including cash flow, risk, investment, retirement, and estate planning. His dedication extends to leadership and education, with 16 years of leadership experience and over 70 speaking engagements at universities, private, and public sectors. Topics he covers include motivation, financial literacy, and career planning.
Notable events include financial education programs for institutions such as Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia, and Sunway University. He has also spoken on 21st-century estate planning, prudent financial management, and retirement planning for diverse audiences. Kenneth’s mission is to inspire individuals to enhance their financial knowledge and groom future leaders, reflecting his commitment to improving personal finances and quality of life through education and guidance.
