In accordance with the IEM Graduate and Student Section’s Bylaws and Regulations (No. 39), notice is hereby given that the 55th Annual General Meeting will be held as follows: -

Time     : 9.00 a.m. -12.00 p.m.
Venue : Auditorium Malakoff, Wisma IEM

2. Opening Address by Chairman for Session 2024/2026.
3. Confirmation of Minutes of the 54th Annual General Meeting held on 29th June 2024.
4. Graduate and Student Section’s (Young Engineers Section) Annual Report and Financial
    Statements.
5. Results of Election of Office Bearers for Session 2025/2026 and Appointment of Internal
    Auditors.
6. Any Other Business*
