SPEAKER 1 : MS. BENNIE LAM KIT YOKE
Bennie Lam brings over 13 years of distinguished experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on HVAC product and system design. Her expertise spans leading product development, advancing BIM design and automation, and innovating BIM-related software. She has also excelled in regional design roles and global BIM positions, working seamlessly with diverse teams and practices across various countries.
SPEAKER 2 : MR. VENKATESH AVUDAIAPPAN
With Int P.Eng (India) qualification and a member ASHRAE, Venkatesh has over 17 years’ experience in HVAC industry, focusing on Hydronic Balancing product and system design. As a global consultant, he is the expert in chilled water and hot water system of commercial buildings. He has been working with various projects in HVAC system designing and optimizing from different countries.
