SYNOPSIS
In our continuous effort to upgrade and enhance the IEM Professional Interview, IEM will be launching the IEM Outcome Based Professional Interview (PI) 2.0 with effect from 1st September 2024.
The enhanced features of the new IEM PI 2.0 include:
• Simplified application forms
• The technical report will be combined with Training & Experience report for completeness and
coherence.
• Professional conduct and ethics will only be tested during Oral Interview.
• High achievers could be exempted from the technical essay.
• Demonstration of evidenced-based (or verifiable) design, site and implementation experience
will be on the Training and Experience Report and Interview.
The talk aims to brief potential PI applicants about the new developments in the IEM PI process and documentation.
