BIODATA OF SPEAKER
1) MR. HANAFI BIN MOHAMAD
Hanafi Mohamad is a highly accomplished Principal Testing Executive with 22 years of expertise in fire protection product testing at SIRIM QAS International Sdn. Bhd. He holds a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). Hanafi actively contributes to Malaysian Standards development activities since 2005 and has played a pivotal role in testing fire protection products for global giants like Mitsubishi, Hyundai, and Schindler. He is also an expert in active fire testing, showcasing his profound knowledge and experience in ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in fire protection products.
2) MS. SHARIFAH NUR BADARIAH
With a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's degree in Fire Safety Engineering, this seasoned expert brings over 16 years of invaluable experience to the realm of fire testing. Specializing in fire resistance testing for building elements, she meticulously adheres to British, European, and International standards. Her proficiency extends to conducting tailored ad-hoc fire tests for product development, showcasing her ability to blend theoretical knowledge with practical applications. One of her notable skills lies in producing detailed product assessment reports, where she expertly interprets results from a series of fire resistance tests for specific design configurations. With a wealth of practical insights and technical expertise, she delivers engaging presentations on a myriad of topics related to fire testing, enriching audiences with her depth of knowledge and passion for the field.
