SYNOPSIS
Sustainability – Environmental and business challenges are forcing us to examine the role buildings play in carbon emissions and costly waste. Buildings consume about 30% of the world’s energy via their construction and operations, and account for almost 40% of annual global greenhouse gas emissions. The future of building construction and operations, both new and retrofit, is where the world will win or lose the fight against climate change. Reaching the organization pledge or goal towards Net Zero Carbon.
The path of decarbonization for building that looks into both embodied carbon for the building and also the operational carbon within the facilities as well. 70% of the carbon emission comes from the Operational Carbon, deploying way of decarbonization focusing on the daily operational carbon.
Organization to embark in Net Zero for their organization and their facilities through a simple methodology of Strategize, Digitize & Decarbonize.
Strategize: Embark in a ESG goal and derive organization roadmap Digitize: Digitize current organization asset and digitize the operation Decarbonize: Reduction of carbon footprint and enhance energy efficiency in daily operation
