Bina Integrated Industries Sdn Bhd (BIISB) was established in 2005 as a subsidiary of Bina Integrated Technology Sdn Bhd (BITSB) to manufacture specialty chemicals for the construction industry. Leveraging the experience of its parent company, this has excelled as a specialist contractor in the waterproofing industry for over 20 years, BIISB focuses on providing high-quality products.

Headquartered in the manufacturing district of Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor, BIISB operates branch offices in various Malaysian states including Johor, Penang, Perak, Pahang, Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Terengganu, Sabah, Kedah, and Sarawak.
