OBJECTIVE
The objective of Safety in Engineering Special Interest Group is to improve the safety culture, skills and knowledge of our engineering fraternity. We as engineers can provide engineering services while upholding the Code of Ethics including safety, health, and welfare of the workers as well as the public in the performance of our professional duties.
MEMBERSHIP
Members of the IEM in any grade may become members of the Safety in Engineering Special Interest Group. Membership is elected by registration with the Special Interest Group and no extra membership fees shall be payable.
