2. Confirmation of Minutes of the 53rd Annual General Meeting held on 24th June 2023.
3. Graduate and Student Section’s (Young Engineers Section) Annual Report and Financial
    Statements.
4. Results of Election of Office Bearers for Session 2024/2025 and Appointment of Internal
    Auditors.
5. Any Other Business*
