In order to avoid the email address (newsletter@myiem.info) to be filtered to the Junk email box, please follow the instructions appended below:

How to add an email as 'safe':

If you are using Microsoft Outlook email system:
1. Right click on the email and click on 'Junk email'
2. Click 'Add sender to safe senders list'

If you are using a web-based email account (e.g. Hotmail or Gmail):
1. Go to option settings and click on 'Junk email'
2. Click 'Safe and blocked senders'
3. Add above email address to 'Safe sender'
4. If this service isn't available, please search 'safe list' using their search facilities and follow the instructions

After adding this email address to your safe list, no further action will be required from you.
